Lionel Jourdan draws on a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine to offer an integrative approach to care — meaning a simultaneous reading of the body, mind, and energy, rather than symptom-by-symptom treatment.

Each session begins with a personalized assessment to identify the nature of blockages: chronic muscle tension, deep fatigue, emotional imbalances, sports recovery. Based on this diagnosis, Lionel Jourdan devises a tailored protocol using a wide range of techniques: Tui-Na massage, San-Bao massage, sports massage, foot reflexology, acupuncture, cupping, Qi Nei Zhang, synergy method, breathing, and Qi Gong.

Tui-Na Massage — a therapeutic and energetic technique acting on the meridians to restore the circulation of Qi and blood, relieve chronic pain, and improve joint mobility.

San-Bao Massage — a holistic treatment inspired by Taoist tradition, which simultaneously works on the three treasures: the body (Jing), the mind (Shen), and the energy (Qi), for a deep rebalancing.

Sports Massage — derived from Tui-Na and sports acupuncture, designed to prepare muscles for exertion, optimize recovery, and prevent injuries.
