Domaine de Panéry is inaugurating its padel court during the May Wellness Weekend. An outdoor court, set in the preserved garrigue of Gard, twelve minutes from Uzès. Rackets and balls provided. No equipment needed.

The Domaine de Panéry is one of the few places in the region to offer both disciplines on the same site. Start with an hour of padel, the sport that can be learned in twenty minutes and from which you never really emerge unscathed, then move on to the Domaine's historic tennis court if you feel like it.

The tour takes you from the hamlet and its contemporary architecture to the winery and olive mill, where each step reveals the living process — from fruit to finished product.
Throughout the walk, monumental contemporary artworks interact with nature, transforming the estate into a true open-air museum.

Holistic and Energy Treatment (60 min) with Lionel Jourdan
Twenty years of practice dedicated to a single question: what your body truly needs.
Lionel Jourdan draws on a deep understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine to offer an integrative approach to care — meaning a simultaneous reading of the body, mind, and energy, rather than symptom-by-symptom treatment.
Each session begins with a personalized assessment to identify the nature of blockages: chronic muscle tension, deep fatigue, emotional imbalances, sports recovery. Based on this diagnosis, Lionel Jourdan devises a tailored protocol using a wide range of techniques: Tui-Na massage, San-Bao massage, sports massage, foot reflexology, acupuncture, cupping, Qi Nei Zhang, synergy method, breathing, and Qi Gong.
